Jim has more than 25 years' experience in multi-asset investing and product innovation, working with leading global asset managers across public and private markets. He founded Adera Capital to bring that experience to managers, wealth firms and family offices directly.

Before Adera, Jim spent nearly a decade at BlackRock as Head of Systematic Solutions. He led the development of active ETFs in partnership with iShares, designed mandates for the firm's largest OCIO clients, and helped shape solutions for wealth and model-portfolio channels.

Earlier, he held senior investment roles at BNP Paribas Investment Partners and at Barclays Wealth, where he managed the £10bn multi-manager business. He began his career at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, working in the multi-asset and emerging-market equity teams.
